Vertically Integrated
Our partner is a direct manufacturer — not a trading company or assembler. Die casting, CNC machining, PCB assembly, firmware flashing, and final QC all happen in-house under one roof.
Full Traceability
Every unit ships with batch-level traceability: lot number, production date, QC inspector ID, and component sourcing records. Ask for the audit trail on any order — we provide it.
ISO-Certified Systems
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety. Certificates available on request.
Our Quality Process
Incoming Material Inspection
Every incoming component batch — from stainless steel ingots to ICs — passes dimensional, hardness, and functional QC before release to production.
In-Process Control
Statistical Process Control on critical tolerances. Calibrated fixtures on every assembly line. First-article approval required before batch production starts.
100% Final Functional Test
Every single smart lock, terminal, or maglock undergoes a full functional test cycle before boxing. Results are logged with unit serial numbers.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Before container loading, a third-party pre-shipment inspection option is available on request (SGS / BV / Intertek). We pay half the inspection fee for orders above 500 units.
