Key Features
Adjustable Closing Speed
Two independent valves: sweep speed (main closing arc) and latch speed (final closing to engage strike). Both adjustable with a standard screwdriver on-site.
Backcheck
Hydraulic resistance when door opens beyond ~70 degrees. Prevents slamming into walls, furniture, or people — protecting the building and closer mechanism.
Delayed Action
Holds door open for 5-30 seconds before closing cycle begins. Essential for wheelchair access, trolley traffic, and high-traffic lobbies during peak periods.
Fire-Rated Certification
Tested for 60-minute and 90-minute fire-rated door assemblies. Ensures door returns to fully closed and latched position.

Frequently Asked Questions
EN size is determined by door width and weight. EN 3: up to 950 mm / 60 kg. EN 4: up to 1100 mm / 80 kg. EN 5: up to 1250 mm / 100 kg. EN 6: up to 1400 mm / 120 kg. When in doubt, select the next size up.
Yes. Sweep and latch speeds are independently adjustable using a standard screwdriver. Adjustments can be made at any time without removing the closer.
Standard arm uses a jointed arm and provides maximum closing efficiency. Slide track uses a guide rail on the frame header and provides a cleaner appearance. Closing force is slightly reduced with slide track.
Yes. All arm types (standard, slide track, parallel) are available as spare parts. The closer body is designed for long service life; arm replacement accommodates wear without replacing the entire unit.
Yes. Die-cast aluminum body and corrosion-resistant finishes handle exterior exposure. Hydraulic fluid is formulated for a wide temperature range. For coastal installations, specify the marine-grade finish option.
