Key Features

High-Capacity Storage

3000 fingerprints for large workforces. 100,000 event records stored on-device for months of access log history and compliance auditing.

2.4″ TFT Color Display

Clear visual feedback showing user ID, verification status, time, and date. Menu-driven interface simplifies on-device configuration.

Voice Prompts

Audio confirmation for successful and failed verification. Multi-language voice packs available for Southeast Asian deployments.

Multiple Verification Modes

Fingerprint only, fingerprint + password (dual-factor), card only, or card + fingerprint (maximum security).

Flexible Communication

RS485 for long-distance industrial environments (up to 1200m). TCP/IP for office networks. USB for offline data transfer.

Universal Integration

Wiegand 26/34 output, relay output (NO/NC), door sensor input, and exit button input for complete system integration.

Applications

NF18 fingerprint reader for office buildings

Office Buildings

Centralized software manages user enrollment, access schedules, and reporting across all doors from a single workstation.

HTM50 fingerprint reader for factories and warehouses

Factories & Warehouses

RS485 handles long cable runs. Fingerprint access eliminates badge sharing and proxy punching.

KZQ8 four-door controller for schools and universities

Schools & Universities

100,000-record log provides attendance data. Semester-based enrollment and batch deletion streamline administration.

KZQ2 dual-door controller for healthcare facilities

Healthcare Facilities

Dual-factor verification (fingerprint + card) meets healthcare security compliance requirements.

KZQ1 single-door controller for standalone applications

Single-Door Applications

NF18D standalone reader for server rooms, private offices, storage closets, and utility rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The 100,000-record event log captures timestamped entry data that can be exported for time and attendance processing through the management software.

RS485 supports cable runs up to 1200 meters, making it ideal for large factories, campuses, and warehouse facilities where TCP/IP infrastructure may not reach every door.

Yes. Use networked NF18 readers on doors requiring centralized management, and standalone NF18D readers where independent operation is sufficient. Users are enrolled separately on standalone devices.

The USB port allows data export to a flash drive. Fingerprint templates, user data, and event logs can be transferred between devices or to a computer for reporting.

The NF18 is designed for indoor use. For outdoor or semi-outdoor locations, a weatherproof housing or recessed mounting is recommended. Consider our IP65-rated face recognition terminals for fully exposed outdoor installations.
